The 10 Day Horses and Freedom Challenge – Day 3: What is like to ride everyday with freedom?

Now I don’t want to taunt you by helping you to create imaginary inspiring, motivational images, I want to help you to actually get there.

To actually put into action your visions, dreams and desires. The purpose of this 10 day challenge is to show you what is possible and to how focus on the things that make you happy. When was the last time you considered your own happiness and satisfaction with life?

Today let’s explore the impact that your answers for the tasks from day 1 and day 2.

First, it is make a point of doing the thing that you find easy to do, regularly and frequently, spending time with your horse and taking the opportunity to enjoy that time.

Then make a time to do the thing that is a little harder to do, pushing your comfort zone a little. Make a time in your schedule when you will do this and remember to remember how good you will feel when you have done it.

Now the difficult thing, the thing that is outside your realm of confidence. Make a plan of how you will achieve it. A simple plan that feels good. Break it down into steps and go back to that feeling that you felt in step 3 of yesterday’s task.
